A proven business leader in the Asia Pacific market, Siew Khim has excellent local and regional knowledge enabling her to consistently deliver sterling results for her clients operating in dynamic, diverse, complex and competitive markets. She has deep experience in business analytics, business planning, financial analysis and financial management.
In the most recent job, she held a regional leadership role for a global HR consultancy firm with responsibility for sales of over US$40 million. There she led a business division covering 16 geographies and 29 locations, managing the strategic business path of her region, the development of frontier markets and product development, consistently delivering excellent profits.
She has demonstrated her ability in problem solving for complex organisations operating within multi-cultural business environments; consistently won client admiration for her sharp insights and management skills. She has also built strong global, regional and local client networks across senior management and management levels. Industries that she has consulted for include: chemical, consumer goods, IT, pharmaceutical and healthcare. A seasoned speaker on HR trends, Siew Khim has delivered thought leadership on various regional economic trends, and workforce and management issues in the Asia Pacific and the US.
Siew Khim holds an MBA majoring in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde. She graduated from the University of Singapore with a 2nd Upper Honours degree.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in the management and human resources industry in the Asia Pacific region. He has tremendous passion for helping companies to develop their full potential through strategic workforce and organisational development.
In his most recent position at a global executive talent company, Paul was a senior manager and director overseeing the management and operations of nine offices in China and Hong Kong.
A successful entrepreneur himself, Paul founded P-SERV in 1990, developing the company into a well-known brand in the HR consulting and payroll space with an unbroken record of profitability since its genesis. From Singapore, he took P-SERV to China in 2002, using Shanghai as the beachhead. P-SERV’s China venture broke even in the first six months and has delivered consistent profits since the start of its China operations. P-SERV has been acquired by Kelly Services in 2007.
Paul is a proven business leader in a senior management role and is a respected member of the professional recruitment services industry in Asia Pacific. He has directed and managed projects for clients in the chemicals manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, FMCG and electronic engineering industries.
He continues to be passionate in providing his thought leadership on talent development, executive recruitment outsourcing and management issues and has spoken at the recent HR Directors’ Forum (2008) in Hong Kong and Shanghai as well as the China Recruiting & Staffing Conference (2007).
Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.

Ian has worked with public and private companies including New York Stock Exchange and Australian Stock Exchange listed Companies. His experience is predominantly Australia and Asia. He also has considerable experience in New Zealand, the United States of America and Europe. He specialises in working with organisations and clients that seek to bring the best talent and resources to their operations.
Ian has been Chief Operating Officer and Country Manager of publicly listed organisations and Partner of a professional services firm that was successfully sold to an international entity. He has also been extensively involved in the acquisition and disposal of numerous businesses internationally.
Experienced and qualified as a company director he continues to act in this capacity and has been a Director and President of companies and Industry Associations.
His qualifications include Master of Business Administration, and Diploma of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
